Cafe "Dreamers" was opened by Lyudmila Ivanova, one of the creators of Coffee Station coffee shop - a now defunct project that left a noticeable mark on the city's coffee culture. The place on the Fontanka embankment, which is considered unlucky because of one after another restaurant projects, before the "Dreamers" was occupied by the Eleven restaurant, known, perhaps, only because the deputy Vitaly Milonov liked to go there.

Mikhail Sokolov and Timur Dmitriev opened a place that is a cross between their network Italy and their Belgian pub Brugge. They call the "Birreria" a gastronomic pub, implying the presence of a large beer card and Italian cuisine verified in past establishments. In “Birreria” the emphasis was shifted from wine to beer and the menus were selected accordingly: the appetizer section almost entirely consists of Italian street food that goes well with this drink.

The slogan of the Asia in a box cafe literally reflects what is happening inside: cardboard boxes serve food similar to Asian (mostly noodles and rice on a wok), and everything else outside the boxes is completely non-Asian: from the interior to desserts.
