"Oh yes! Food!" in Abrau-Durso

The festival "Oh, yes! Food!" Will be held in the village of Abrau-Durso on September 9-10. The two-day program includes an exhibition-tasting of Russian wines, culinary competitions, a fair, and music concerts. Restaurant chefs will give workshops. This year the theme of the festival was "Black Sea Cuisine". The participants developed a special festival menu: mussels in a creamy sauce, grilled Black Sea herring, Black Truffle Rapana, as well as a cold sea breeze drink with an espresso tonic and Black Pearl ice cream.

An entrance ticket for one day of the festival costs 100 rubles. When paying on the spot, a ticket costs 200 rubles. You can buy tickets and find out the full program of the festival on the official website of the project.

Gastronomic Theater

September 9 from 12:00 to 18:00

At the Gastronomic Theater venue, chefs will present their dishes: Igor Grishechkin (Kokoko, St. Petersburg), Vasily Zaitsev (Chicha, Moscow), Evgeny Barannikov (Bellini group, Krasnoyarsk), Svetoslav Kuzev (St.Michel, Gelendzhik), Kirill Ivanov (Vinoterria, Krasnodar Territory), Paolo Lopolito (La Veranda, Anapa), Victoria Parkhomenko and Sergey Alshevsky (Wine Tourism Center Abrau-Durso), Dmitry Kochetov (Meatlove, Krasnodar).

Culinary scene

September 10 from 11:00 to 19:00

Between amateur teams, consisting of workers from different fields (firefighters, dancers, surfers, Cossacks and others), gastronomic battles will take place: participants will compete in the preparation of the original dish. Also, interactive workshops from the chefs of the Krasnodar Territory will unfold on the site: viewers will be able to cook under their guidance.

Children's culinary school and other master classes

September 9-10 from 11:00 to 18:00

As part of the master classes, cooks will teach children the basics of the profession. Also, master classes in sailing, sappersurfing and boat trips will take place. There are training sessions on pottery and food sketching, floristry and food photography, and lectures from the stylist on creating a festival fashion image. Everyone will have the opportunity to do hatha yoga, capoeira and play badminton.
