What does the apartment look like, the design project of which was developed in the online service

Life around has already told you how Russian interior design services work. In the new issue of the “Apartment of the week” column, we will show how the interior created in one of these services looks like. Of the interesting solutions - global redevelopment, the panel "Malachite" behind the sofa in the living room, an open dressing room in the bedroom and colored tiles on the kitchen apron and in the bathroom.

Having bought an apartment in a typical new building in the Nagatinsky Zaton area, Maria and her husband Mikhail decided that they would order the design project in one of the online interior services. The hostess had several wishes: firstly, she wanted interesting and complex colors; secondly, it was necessary to organize a U-shaped storage system in the bedroom. The design project was developed by the designer and architect of the BoomPlanner service, Milena Yanichkina. Before Milena and BoomPlanner, Masha communicated with several services, but, in addition to beautiful pictures, they did not give anything. Maria found BoomPlanner on Facebook - she liked the service because the package of documents contains a full set of drawings for builders and a list of finishing materials and furniture.

Developers offered a standard layout - two rooms and a kitchen. But the owners needed a separate bedroom and a nursery, so during the repair process I had to demolish all the internal partitions (including the enclosing contour of the living room-balcony) and build new ones, highlighting the necessary rooms, living room and kitchen. After redevelopment, it turned out to use the area of the balcony and make another room, which was taken under the living room (now there is a wine fridge and a bar). The project used different methods of zoning: walling, zoning using light, color, furniture and materials.

Repair lasted about three months. Finishing materials used in the project: paint, handmade ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, wallpaper and parquet board. According to the designer, the interior style is classic with art deco elements. In the color scheme, they repelled from the Malachite panel in the living room - it was rhymed with handmade tiles in the bathroom and kitchen.

Most of the furniture is IKEA (cabinets in the nursery, kitchen, wardrobe system in the bedroom). Some items were found in online designer furniture stores: Cosmorelax, Loft Concept, For Miss (from there, for example, a console in the hallway). A couple of things were able to buy at sales from Likvy. There is nothing from the old housing, but there is something that was purchased before the start of the design project and what the designers wrote in the interior: a mirror-window above the console, statuettes of musicians and a multi-tiered vase.

The balcony block was removed during the redevelopment process - now instead of it is a bar counter with high chairs.

Most of the furniture comes from IKEA and large online stores (Cosmorelax, Loft Concept, For Miss). They bought a mirror-window even before the development of the design project - it fit perfectly into the interior.

The nursery has a calm color scheme as opposed to a common space where the walls are painted in rich blue.

The kitchen apron rhymes with an accent wall in the living room: the pattern on the panel will repeat the shape of the tile, and others have chosen shades for the kitchen.
